All content on the The Blackline Bottega website, including visuals and text, are subject to copyright protection. Please note that this also extends to our social media channels.

ORDERS POLICY
In case of any circumstance or reason outside of our control, we reserve the right to suspend the fulfilment of an order. In such case, we shall immediately notify the customer, who will then have right to cancel the order.

  • Once an order has been made and payment fulfilled, the customer accepts that they have committed to the purchase and the details of the order. Reversals of an order will not be accepted without immediate contact for consideration of circumstance.
  • Please note any change of order details after your order has been placed may incur a fee.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of an error on the shop's website.  

PRODUCT ACCURACY
We strive to describe all products as accurately as possible. All of our pieces are printed on premium stocks and we embrace and celebrate the subtle variations that make each item unique. 

PRICING
We reserve the right to change prices, conduct or cancel sales at any time without notice. 

PAYMENT
All orders are charged in AUD. Payments are made securely via PayPal. All major credit and debit cards are available via Paypal as well as secure online payment from a linked bank account. Custom orders can be paid via direct debit or if a credit card or card payment is preferred, through Square. Please note that by opting to pay by card through Square, the transaction will attract a small fee. 

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT
Please note, prices in other currencies displayed on our website are to be used as a reference only. All orders are charged in AUD. We are unable to provide exact currency conversions as your specific exchange rate will depend on your credit and debit card issuer. You may also incur a currency conversion fee, please contact your bank or card issuer for more information. 

RETURNS
We are able to accept refunds on 'change of mind' for our ceramics & greeting card. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@theblacklinebottega.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: The Blackline Bottega, Unit 11, 104 Prospect Road Summer Hill NSW 2130.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@theblacklinebottega.com. In the case that your refund is accepted, 
we only ask that you cover the cost of the return shipping. Please choose your items carefully, as being a boutique business it is difficult for us to undergo exchanges. 

For commissions or wedding stationery, as each piece is made to order especially for you, all sales are final. The Blackline Bottega does not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind on these collections. Please take a moment to check and confirm that all of your order details are correct prior to ordering. Should you need any assistance please don't hesitate to contact us.

All The Blackline Bottega stationery is sent via Australia post . Please note that The Blackline Bottega is not accountable for any international duty, import or custom charges that you may incur. For more information on shipping please visit our shipping page.
