Orders Policy
In case of circumstances or reasons outside of our control, we reserve the right to suspend the fulfilment of an order. In such cases, we shall immediately notify the customer, who will then have right to cancel the order.

• Once an order has been made and payment fulfilled, the customer accepts that they have committed to the purchase and the details of the order. Reversals of an order will not be accepted without immediate contact for consideration of circumstance.
• Please note any change of order details after your order has been placed, will incur additional fees to accommodate the changes and time. 
• We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of an error on the shop's website.


Returns & Exchanges
We are unable to accept refunds on 'change of mind' for off-the-shelf stationery, however in some circumstances we can offer exchange on items that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. In the case that your exchange is accepted, we only ask that you cover the cost of the return shipping. Please choose your items carefully, as being a boutique business it is difficult for us to undergo exchanges. 

For commissions or wedding stationery, as each piece is made to order especially for you, all sales are final. The Blackline Bottega does not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind on these collections. Shipping & Delivery
Turn around times for commission and custom work is dependant on the work required and will be quoted at the time of quoting. For off-the-shelf stationery, the turn around time is stated on the product page. If you have any questions about whether an order can be created in a shorter space of time, please email us at Please note that if you live internationally you may need to allow for another week or so for shipping.

Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping (Within Australia) 
All domestic parcels are sent via standard or express Australia post. You will be sent a tracking number on fulfilment of your order so you can monitor your consignment's journey. You should expect to receive your parcel within 1-5 business days depending on your location. 

International Shipping
