I love when an email from La Prairie pops up in my inbox. Having worked alongside the visionary La Prairie marketing team on their events and product launches over the last couple of years, I've found myself drawn to the similarities between the way La Prairie executes their events and the way we approach design - we share an emphasis on simple but innovative, well-executed creative for luxurious results and take as much interest in our clients' experience as the visual outcomes.
Whilst decadent floral arrangements and table settings might be the trend for weddings and other luxury brands, La Prairie stay true to their core branding - keeping their tablescape clean, well-considered and tonal. Furthermore, whilst executing work for La Prairie and working on-site with the team, it's evident that they consider the client and their experience deeply. From the consistency of the visuals to commissioning double-sided place cards - so no guest has to guess or wonder who they're speaking to whilst seated - La Prairie considers the journey their guests' will go on from planning to production.
Their Lab Atelier launch was no different. Hosted at Hotel Centennial with Filomena Natoli (@filomena_natoli) demonstrating the potential of the new range, the pared back tablescape was the perfect backdrop for the product displays and minimalist surrounds.
